1. How Our Service Works

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

4. Our Response to Valid Notices

5. Automatic File Deletion

Please note that all files processed through our Service are automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours. In many cases, the content referenced in a DMCA notice may have already been deleted before the notice is processed. We do not create backups or archives of downloaded content.

6. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your full legal name, address, and telephone number.
• Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

7. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate or restrict access to users who are repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.

Download Video is a tool that processes publicly accessible content at the user's request. We do not monitor, verify, or endorse the content that users choose to download. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of downloaded content complies with applicable copyright laws.
